The Chosen Knights by Mary Ting is a book that grips you right in the gut and doesn't let go. It starts out with other beings living among humans but the way that Ting wrote these characters the only way you realize this is when they use their powers.

Lucia and Zachary are twin 17 year olds, that have a very special mission. Living with their uncle and away from their parents for the first time is something that would wear down any teenager, whether they are a supernatural being or not. Throw in the fact that Lucia is feeling human emotions for the first time.. things could get very sticky.

Sometimes when those you care about -maybe even love- are in danger, things go from bad to worse in seconds. Lucia and Zachary along with friends, Jack, Eli, Brody, Abel, Cayden, Vanessa, Milani, and their Uncle Davin, have more than their fare share of drama, but the band together to find something that has been hidden for so long it would take supernatural powers to find the clues to even find it.

Follow along as Mary Ting intersects our wonderful world with that which we believe of fairy tales.

4 Flying Glowing Stars for the amazing world Mary Ting has created! I can not wait to read more!!
