Review of Never Lose Hope by Anne Stone

Never Lose Hope By Anne Stone is a contemporary romance/suspense.

Samantha Jacobs/Jacobson lives in a world of wealth, privilege and danger. Since her parents own a huge corporation, their family has had to live with threats against them for years. Wanting to leave that life behind, she changed her name and moved to a different city for a fresh start, only things did not turn out quite like she had planned. She is caring, loyal, determined and smart.

Retired Navy SEAL Jason Morgan works at Williams & Company, a security firm, with his best friend Jefferson. He is sexy, dedicated, intelligent, a little bossy, loving, capable and a total bad-ass. He uses his special-ops training to rescue people in dangerous situations. He learned just how dangerous his job can be.

The storyline had a good pace and kept my attention. There seemed to be a nice mixture of tension and romance in the story between Jason and Sam. Jefferson was a really good character as well.

Four stars * * * *
