Facing the Lutha by M.J. Haag is the second book in the
Lutha Series, and happens to have a different take on the wolf shifter stories.
I loved the concept! Women are the dominant gender.
It continued the story of Tink and Rogan. The very quirky,
Tink, is tough, strong, caring and dedicated to her inner-city neighborhood. She
had left behind her world and moved into a human city, but in this book, she
must face her past.
Rogan is a great male lead and a hottie. He is strong,
honorable and caring. He accepts that Tink is the woman in charge, but also
knows when he needs to step up.
Tink and Rogan were awesome together. They have great
chemistry. I loved that they rely on each other.
There’s a lot of action and the end of the books allows for
more in the series, but leaves the reader satisfied if there isn’t another
book. I love this author and have read all of her other books. This book was
really good and I didn’t want it to end.
